I am a native American born of mountain man linage. My great grandfather was George T. Boyd better known as Club Foot George Boyd. His early years were spent as a trapper , with Jeremiah Johnson, Joe Culbertson, John Bauer, in and around the Musselshell River of central Montana. In his later years carried mail from Fort Buford to Fort Benton, and also worked as a scout and teamster for the military. My great grandmother was a Sioux, her name was Good Woman. My Grandfather married a Assiniboine, Nellie Black Dog, that makes me a Assiniboine-Sioux, born and raised in north eastern Montana. I am a member in good standing of the Montana Knifemakers Association. I have made custom knives on and off most of my adult life, some were forged but most are stock removal type knives with full tang. I currently make knives from D-2, ATS-34, S-30-V and have just started using CPM154, I use 416 stainless for the bolsters and hand select the best available handle material for my knives. Each knife is unique,100% hand made by myself, and hand fitted to a sheath. I will be making 120 knives this year, most are pre-made for Web sales, but will take orders, although there will be a waiting list,with a deposit required, knives made to your design will be at my discretion for final approval.

This is my warranty, I will fix or replace any defect in materials or workmanship, as long as I am able to do so, but if the knife is abused do not call me. My knives are a fine cutting tool, not to be thrown or used as a pry bar or a chisel, used properly they will last a life time.
